Quoting: darz5150 So no firearms, trail cams, compound or cross bows, no motorized vehicles to get you and your kill in or out. No walkie talkies, no gps, no cell phones? Lol.

Gotta draw a line somewhere. In Alaska for hunting, no drones, no helicopters, no shooting an animal the same day you were airborne, no walkie talkies or cell phones if using them to help coordinate a stalk and kill.
Also, in some areas, no motorized vehicles. Cross bows may be off limits but I'm not sure on that one.

Of course we never purchased a drone. I’m glad we didn’t because it would have been a huge waste of money.
We intended to use it on our property in Canada. No place else because our property is big enough that we would not have been infringing on anybody’s privacy.
Canada has made it almost impossible for a drone hobbyist to fly one. The permit process is just to much of a bother.
If we want photographs of our property I suppose we will hire a private pilot to take us up. That’s not going to happen anytime soon since we are still trying to finish our cabin.

I got one for X-mas. It's a Mavic Mini. It weigh under 250 grams so you don't have to register it. I haven't had it to camp yet, but shot a video at home. It will fly about 2 miles out and 400 ft high.

Quoting: copperhead1971 sounds like a good time to brush up on your skeet shooting abilitys lol
I assume the "lol" means you are joking, but you can get in some serious legal crap if you shoot down a drone. Its against a FEDERAL law to damage or destroy aircraft, and that law (18 U.S.C. § 32) makes no distinction between a drone of a passenger aircraft.
There are other non-federal laws that will pertain, depending on jurisdiction, as well as civil penalties as well.
Simply blasting a drone out of the air because it's flying over your property will make you wish you wish you never did.

Here is a quick video made with mine. There haven't been many good fly days in NY. Way to many trees inNY to ever use for hunting.

Not seeing it spoofer.
I was going to buy one from the kid down the street, a cheap one to learn on, until I found out:
Has to be used indoors, too light for any wind, and
If you fly it further than 40ft. away it loses contact and flies straight away until it runs out of battery!
It does have a camera..

When PC scanners came out, the nice one was $1200. Waited 15 years, the Canon scanner I wanted was now $249. GoPro, 2,3,4,5,6,7... waited long enough, got a GoPro 8. Drones, I'm waiting for the one that mixes Margaritas, and brings it to ya.
