aw, shucks (toeing the dirt), twern't nuthin'
truth be told, my cabi, my lady of 46 years has been working her rear end off getting her garden going and transfering burn piles (logs and such)....
we are literaly having the time of our life
I'm dropping weight, cabi can't quit smiling (dispite the aches and pains) and the pillow top bed never felt so good.
we eat tiny meals, not because we know better, but because we want to get back to work and not devote our time to cooking and cleaning all that up.
this is the life...truly the life
what a rich guy I am.... to have this woman
(I really need my computer....)

Hah! Gar, I just love the way you've taught yourself to build with all that curved lumber.

Quoting: bobrok Hah! Gar, I just love the way you've taught yourself to build with all that curved lumber. Wellllll, if you can steam that SPF juuuust right, then hammer like mad before it bends back, you too can work with bent wood....that and a cheap fisheye lens....
Due to the huge size of this gigantic cabin structure, I couldn't get it all in with a normal lens...(note to self: bobrok is a Mr smarty pants doodoohead)

Quoting: Truecabin also nice doors - the way a cabin should be! Truecabin, we are one on this. I just couldn't find doors on craig's list that I'd like to look at, so I toyed with 2x2 SPF and screws and glue. I couple cross members, a little stain/sealer, some black hardware, and I have doors that I accept....rustic, very functional, not hard to look at. HALFDOORS_a.jpg
