Actually, it's a good thing.
I know my abilities and my deficiencies.

I get what you're saying, and may or may not agree with you.
But this site has no venue for political bashing, or most anything political.
Man, there's so many sites that do, sometimes with a survivalist flavor.
They're a magnet for those that wish to pontificate on their beliefs and hates......ad nauseam.
I suggest you find and frequent those, and get it allll out.
This is a place where the lovers of cabins find refuge, refuge from all things caustic, whatever the subject.
Being someone from Maine with a farm background, I bet you have a lot to offer in regard to building technique and such.
I suggest that you should center on that here.
Raising my glass (and flag) to that.
A kind word to the wise is sufficient.
