I'm not buying I'm selling. I have low taper trees, maybe 16'' at the stump and 8'' at forty feet. I'm charging $100 a tree at the landing. Is that about right? High/ Low? I'm about to part with a hundred and just wondering if I'm ok on this.

About 4 or 5 years ago, I purchased about 60 Red Pine for cabin logs. 15" Butt, 10" top at 35 feet. I gave $25/per tree.

I know some guys up north that charge $1-2 dollars a linear foot for log building trees.

I wouldn't pay $100/tree. However, if I had the trees and someone was paying, well, I would sell for $100/tree.

Did you cut them yourself ? I figure the labor is worth over half.

I bought them at a landing. I covered the pickup and hauling.
