did u hear about the fellow who is being fined and faces jail for collecting rain water??
i did not hear all the to do's about the whole story.
maybe u have and can clear me up on why he is facing jail.thanks.

Seems that there is a 1925 law in Oregon that THEY (Oregon) own the rainwater, crazy!

According to Oregon water laws, all water is publicly owned. Therefore, anyone who wants to store any type of water on their property must first obtain a permit from state water managers.
thats just crazy

ew.go figure.we live in oregon and i never knew this.this fellow even got a permit.see,there is my thoughts.the less the powers that be dont know what u are doing -the better.3 days of rain water collected by this fellow.is the state nuts??
