I know this is (sort of) a car but it should be a next generation riding mower.

It’s time for the lawn mower manufacturers to up their game.

Up size by 50% and make it an errands and commuter car?

My 1938 version. 75” wheelbase American Bantam.

Haven’t mowed any lawns, at least not intentionally.

Oh, That Is Sweet, Paul!
In 1972 or '73 I had a 1959 Austin A35 2dr saloon, similar size maybe? The throat on the carb was about the size of a fat thumb, 948cc 34hp 4cyl. 0 to 60 stats says 30ish sec! I swear mine was faster but I bought it with a trashed engine and replaced it with one from a BugEye Sprite (rated at 43hp) though kept my little carb 'cause the seller wanted to keep the dual SU's (bummer that, lol). Im sure that limited the performance but think it had to be better than the std A35. And I could get 50mpg, that was really helpful in those 'oil embargo' years.

Yeah American Bantam bought the rights to build Austins over here, basically the same thing. Didn’t last past the war, too many wide open roads for a compact.

Mines got a blown flathead V8, 5 speed and 4:11s. Fonally painted it last year.

Looking at the Wiki stuff on it I got a link to the Crosley. Post WWII they had the Farm o Road, a micro-jeep with a bunch of attachments, perhaps a primitive version of what KinA posted above?

I haven't seen a Bantam since the late 60's. Very nice, Paul.
