My house in the city is on a busy street with both auto and foot traffic, in a not so great neighborhood, so it's not unusual to find debris in my front yard and driveway. Got home from the cabin today and found this crumpled up thing. No idea what it says, does look like swastikas. Any idea? If it is the least bit offensive I will delete the photo. I just have no idea what it might say, or if it was intended for me for some crazy reason.

Looks like Tibetan writing. The swastika has a very long history before it was appropriated by the Nazis, don't worry about it. It's still considered a holy symbol in Hindu and Buddhist cultures.

Tibetan Prayer Flag... "Tibetan Prayer Flags are colorful, rectangular cloths that hung outside and used to promote compassion, peace, strength, and wisdom. They are also used to carry prayers and mantras through the wind."

When I saw these in the wild, Hindu religious symbol, they looked like a boat propeller turning counter clockwise. The Nazi one looks like a boat propeller turning clockwise.
