Some people have a very tiny cabin and want to enjoy a fire but don't need a lot of heat blasting into the room from a standard fireplace or wood stove.

These bioethanol heaters use a plant based product that when burned produces some heat but no harmful fumes - just steam and carbon dioxide. You also don't need a chimney or flue. Comes in electric and non-electric versions.

I agree with your comment, we have a small summer house and the hear output and look are perfect. No smoke and no maintenance.

The installation was quite simple, just beware to have a fireproof wall that supports the weight.

I found mine here

greetings!

Never use that to heat a small cabin! Eventually the fire will consume the oxygen in the cabin and start to generate carbon monoxide! That should only be used in well ventilated spaces!
