I have noticed, from time to time, members having issues concerning images not posting in the appropriate orientation.
I know part of this is probably due to the way an image is taken with a smart phone. Unfortunately, I do not post using smart phones or tablets. So, I am unable to advise here, if that is where your issue may be. However, I can help with Windows 8 or 10 users.
