I wonder if a concrete base usually used for anchoring light poles could be used for a cabin pier? They can come in lengths up to 90" and are precast.

Ah, got to love it when they mix metric and English units. Even better, they don't specify what metric units they are using and leave it to you to guess.
I suspect they'd make good bases if you have the equipment to dig the hole and drop them in place.

I just got an email from them and they say that their concrete has a compressive strength of 5000 psi or more.

A benefit might be an ability to drop them a few times to compress the ground at the bottom of the hole.
