Been waiting for something like this. Not to keen on the price though. It aggravates me to no end that you can't get a short 20 gal propane tank heater any more.

That's outrageous.... You could buy a RHEEM or Takagi Tankless for less - In an RV you have limits on replacements due to space allocation and how the cabinets etc are build BUT NOT APPLICABLE to Cabins or even Tiny Houses.
I have am EcoTemp for my hot water and a Takagi TH3-M for Radiant and the Takagi was only $800 and THEY are considered the Cadillac's of the On Demand water heaters.

I just put the smaller takagi condensing unit in my full time residence, I freaking love the thing. I really wish they made a 12v or a standing pilot passive venting unit.
