NorthRick Member	# Posted: 8 Oct 2015 11:37am Reply Its not just the loads either. How the snow melts or slides off the roof can be pretty critical too. Fancy roofs with lots of dormers, valleys, and roof/wall intersections are just begging for maintenance problems in snow country.
