These are popping up everywhere but notice that the majority are on wheels and not on foundations that would be normal for a real house. These people have just reinvented a 5th wheel, RV, caravan, mobile home.
Still there are some good ideas to be got to incorporate into a real small cabin.

The reason they are on wheels is to get around building codes and minimum square feet zoning requirements. But yes, they are really just travel trailers. Usually nicer than the factory builts, but still trailers.

Is it not funny how DONALD TRUMP can get building permits for 120 sq. ft. homes in Toronto but no one in northern Ontario can build less than 1000 sq. ft. ?? O ya ,,,he can pay for what he wants ..
