all I use is OLD cast iron....got huge collection...from waffle iron to Dutch ovens and everything in between...find all mine at yard sales

I use teflon.
how embarrassing.
I am intrigued by cast iron. Hear so much about how wonderful cooking can be if proper care is used. Grandpa has used the same skillet for over 50years. I want to inherit it someday. His eggs slide around by simply tipping the pan.
It's a beautiful thing.
