good video. i hadn't seen this house before.
what a great and thoughtful job she's done. it will be interesting to see "next year."
one thing that stood out for me was the bedroom on the lower level. it's the second one like this I've seen. most people do the bedroom as a loft. and the other one I saw. a young woman from south korea (?). i think this is a good tiny homes solution... esp. bedrooms. how much time do you spend there?
i recommend checking out this fellows other vids. he's visited a lot of small homes and has a real knack for putting his interviewees at ease. and he does "updates" which is really nice.
there's a vid he did with a boat builder who built with the roof design i had already planned (that's my story) for my chalet. i thought. geez. somebody thought of this first! dang it. but the fellow's craftsmanship is epic.
