Any YouTubers subscribed to this channel? If not, I recommend taking a look. Joe and his son Zach are avid outdoorsmen who enjoy a life of adventures anywhere from hunting and fishing to working on their off grid cabin and my favorite, the "tent". They have videos on canning foods and cooking, some woodworking vids and a hobby farm. Joe is easy to understand and his vids are very entertaining and educational. Cheers!

I only subscribe to a couple of channels. One is Joe and Zach and the other is thebossoftheswamp. Enjoy the down to earth common sense of both that is getting harder and harder to find these days!

Never heard of bossoftheswamp till you mentioned him. I watched his intro vid, explaining his childhood dream of building his own cabin in the woods. Excellent stuff! Joe will always be my favorite to watch but I will definitely will enjoy bossoftheswamp. Thanks for posting w8n4rut!

Another that I fond interesting, is the wild north, he is a trapper in the NWT , takes him on the trapline ,by canoe and snowmobile. he is a bit rough in the tongue, so some might be offended , trap preparation , sets, fur preparation. Smoking of moose, beaver, caribou. Fishing, filleting and cooking a lot is over an open fire. He makes his own bannock . He has a dog named Charlie that is his companion around camp, as well as alerting him to predators , that might raid his dried meat supply. He tells it mostly the way it is, not sugar coated. Yeah that's right I watch these guys on utube on a regular bases. Never heard of old243 but going to check it out
