Hi guys!
I am looking for free cabin building ebooks, manuals, plans... Whatever cabin how-to's you have. Just nothing from ebay and amazon, because i just need free stuff.

Thanks, your help is greatly appreciated but i still need some how-to books. If i were to start with building my cabin right now, i don't know how to start, and what to do.

LIBRARY!!! I would go to Amazon and find books with great reviews then use the online library to request the books. When they all came in I checked them out. Some were more useful and some I ended up buying.
It is hard to recommend a book to someone. Are you looking for how to build a shed-cabin, off gird, log, timber frame, etc? There are so many different ways you can go about it. Pick your path then look at the Library and Amazon. and on here of course!
There are also great architects' websites to give you inspiration on floor plan and use of space.
What type of place are you trying to build?

Building the Alaska Log Home by Walker is a good manual for log construction for the novice. I think I paid 20 bucks for it.
