Guys I have been lurking for a while as am trying to get ideas for what i want to build. I was given a good book that might help someone out
Compact Cabins simple living in 1000 square feet or less
by Gerald Rowan
Its a good read gives floor layouts also
I had my plan from day one but this book has given me a few ideas that might become part of my build.

I put a link to this up when i first became a member but i think it was over looked as it was in one of my first posts and i think it came off as spam.
But if your looking to build a small cabin, shed picnic table take a look at this site. you can down load a simple program and pulg in your size,wood size and it will spit out a truss plan with angles lengths you get the idea.
Might be a good idea for a stickey ?
Still working on the bit of crown land i will do a full report once all the red tape is finished
