Just found this site. Maybe some folks can get ideas here. Cool little cabins made almost 100% from salvaged materials.
If you buy a finished house from the guy it has to be trucked to your site from Texas..... The houses aren't cheap, and I bet the trucking isn't either. But it would be almost turn-key.
In any case, they are genuine "small cabins". I bet it's fun to create them. Some free plans are offered on the site.
