We purchased our lake property in October, its in an unorganized township. My to-do list this year is outhouse, fire wood shed and dock. We are having gravel and fill delivered next weekend.

Yes many neighbors nearby, our lot is only 2 acres so we have people on both sides of us. We are heading out for the week and hope to get a lot of work done.

No plans currently for the cabin. Probably going to be 16' x 24'. Right now I'm clearing land and building the outhouse, if I have enough time this year I may get the cabin footings done and start building next year.

Spent three days at camp and managed to do quite a bit of work. Completed the sheeting and shingled the outhouse and installed the door. Also had time to complete the roof on my woodshed.
