In this video I install and stain unfinished oak cabinets from Lowes. I bought these at 25% off at Lowes, Home Depot had only a 10% off at the time. Staining the cabinets is extremely easy and you can diy the project and save money. Keep your eye out for sales at Lowes , Home Depot, menards they have different percentages sales all the time.

MC-
Just watched your finished video. Very nice. I am a contractor and build homes for a living. I like what you're doing. It's getting harder and harder to build smaller homes like this. In our county we have a minimum square footage of 700+ square feet. Frustrating sometimes....you just proved you can build something very livable in less than 500. Especially in todays climate where everything is focused on energy calcs and heat loss.
The only thing on your plan I would try to change personally is to be able to access bathroom from main living room without going thru bedroom. Thinking of guests....
Good job!!

My reasoning was for privacy in the bathroom you have to go through 2 doors, plus I insulated the interior walls. When I go to chipotle bad things happen in the bathroom so I wanted people to have a "buffer"

Hi MC,

I found your youtube channel last week and I have watched and enjoyed several of your videos. I live in Cherokee County, GA. I love what you are doing! I thought I'd be doing something similar, but maybe on a larger scale, when I relocated to GA 3 years ago but so far hasn't happened

Hello Mr. Craftsman. I'm looking for someone to help me find land, design and build a cabin with one bedroom and a loft. I currently live in Atlanta and am looking property in the Temple/Villa Rica area. I love your videos and I'm very impressed with what you do. Can you help me?

Been a while.....
Have you tried looking for a 'property finder' rather than a typical real estate agent?
A REA works for sellers, a PF works for you. If they find a property for you they get a cut from the seller, not you (at least here).
You make your list of not negotiables/must haves and options and turn em loose.

Good evening, I was wondering if you would be willing to share your materials list for your 720 sf home on your channel. If you’ve already done so somewhere, could I have the link, please? Thank you for your time.
