That's a nice looking shower small cabin! Just checked out the water heater. That may be a near future investment.
This August we will be at one year for starting on our bunkie and property as a whole. The bunkie is fully liveable, but far from finished. I actually found the list of projects that need to be done a bit overwhelming, so we wrote them out and marked the ASAP ones, as well as ones that are really simple to finish, so we can at least have the illusion of progress.

Ah, cabins are never finished...  Our little one is about 15 years old and I just found the right lock for the door.
But that's a topic for another thread...

I had an L5 ruined by a mouse that made a den in it. On the new one I duct taped aluminum screen to the top vent and wedged green abrasive pad material in the holes underneath...has kept out most critters although when I opened up camp this spring there were ants in the battery box
