Just stumbled across this site while doing some research for my property. I like what I see! My wife and I recently purchased 65 acres (including a small lake) in southern Saskatchewan. I laughed a bit at the "small cabin" theme here, and I may be kicked out because our property used to be a bible camp...and I have 17 small cabins! Lots of work to do as many of them need to be torn down. Looking forward to "meeting" many of you on line!

Hey, Living in BC now, but grew up in Saskatoon. Sounds like an amazing piece of land you got there. I am a Redberry Bible camp alum, which was near North Battleford. Your post brought up some long lost memories. Good luck on the new property.

Apparently my post on the other thread (only post at the time) was removed.
Welcome from a former Saskatchewanite (Regina) - hanging my hat in AB, and soon to be BC (closing on a vacation property there over the Labour Day long weekend). Your place sounds beautiful. I miss home a lot of the time. We still spend some time during the summers at a family cabin out at Regina Beach.
Go Riders!

Bugs, saw your posts, very nice, I have stomped around your neck of the woods. I would love to be further north, but with only weekends off its a long drive to get to paradise! LeonK, huns have been gradually increasing, as have the mule deer since our terrible winter a couple years ago. If a guy is careful (ethical) to only select one or two from a covey to take home for supper they should be good this year!
