Started my otg cabin in the summer of 2015
I'll be using it this winter and plan to have it completed by next winter.

Nice, I like it. What's under the block?

Hi RdKing, Cement footings. Pads about 2' deep 2' round. Very rocky here, I dug down till I hit a bottom that was too big to move, then poured pads. Laid the first block in the cement and filled all piers with cement and anchor bolts.

I wanted it off the ground because of snow and because I have a small atv trailer to stick under there with a bank of batteries. Also a good place to stick ladders and stuff.

Looks fantastic. I know the "Hope to have it done by..." feeling. My construction stretched out a good year longer than I wanted it to, but in the end, it was all worth it.

Just keep moving forward!
