That was a GREAT deal!!! Yes it needs work, but it certainly looks doable! It'll be great when you have it all done!
You might consider building a roof over it on posts (after you've fixed the roof on the camper). Someone in our town did that for a fifth wheel (to keep the snow load off). When they sold the fifth wheel years later, they closed in the structure that was over it and now use it as a shed for holding wood, etc.
Keep us posted on your progress with this.

Hattie has some great advice. Not sure how much snow you get RPR. We moved a old motor home to our property and just put a tarp on top of it. It snowed so much that the roof collapsed. We salvaged everything we could out of it. I had a oven like the one in your fifth wheel and loved having a oven at camp. I once baked a bear roast in it. It was delicious.
