Thanks for the compliment. Really enjoy it this time of the year. I actually built my own bridge (approx. 40 long) to have access to it. its big/heavy enough to drive an atv or side by side across it. I plan to actually cover the bridge this spring with cedar also.... should be a pretty setting also.

Nate: Don't quote me on this but I believe the make of the stove is call "United States Stove Company"????? I can check for sure tonight when I get off work. Used the Vogelzang box stove before at a different site, wasn't happy... could not get the draw and control I wanted. Chimney size and extension above the roof was correct so it wasn't that. This stove works great, fire box is not the biggest but none of them are anymore. I have the great "Earth Stove" at the house and you can stoke it up with a heaping arms full of wood. Anyhow this stove in the cabin has what they call an "airwash system" in it. If you watch it when it is burning the air flow actually pulls the flame away from the glass so it never gets "sooty". The only time I would have to clean the glass is if a piece of wood would fall against the glass. Really like it.

Thanks Laudy!

Any feedback on whether you roast yourself out of the cabin in fall, or how long a burn you end up getting out of it?

Is it this model? http://www.usstove.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=953
