Got all sheeting on bottom of floor joists to hold in insulation and got about 2/3s of insulation down Hopefully next trip I can finish insulation and put down plastic and finish sheeting floor!! Cant wait to have floor done. Will try to get more pics next trip ..

Wow. I love that layout with the loft. It looks spacious and roomy. It seems like the remaining portion can be done as becomes necessary. What's next? Insulating the walls?

It has been some time since I have been back to cabin . But I finally got there on 3/7/12 beautiful day 71 degrees. Got the interior walls up and hope to install windows on next trip. IMG_0139.JPG

3/14/12 Installed windows and entrance door today. Was a beautiful day 78 degrees. Its starting to actually look like a cabin. IMG_0171.JPG

Trimmed out windows and corners today Mowed most of the grass . Hard to believe the grass is so high already. IMG_0247.JPG

Started painting today 5 gallons of primer and still didnt get it all primed Still goin to need about 2 more gallons of primer I didnt think it would take this much but T111 is hard to paint And it really absorbed the primer.. Hopefully next coat of paint Will go on a lot smoother LOL IMG_0255.JPG

wow, this is the first time ive seen your topic Shotgun,
very impressive build. Clearly you are no beginner. I never thought of framing below my cabin like that , but I will now. It will make it easier for skirting to go up.

05/17/12 Home from 2 day trip to cabin. Had to mow grass ,could have made hay it was so high LOL Finished priming then painted trim and got 1 wall final coated. IMG_0341.JPG
