Just finished putting on the tyvec and now planning interior. I am in central WI and I will only be up every other weekend. Cabin will be sub-zero in the winter and very toasty in the summer. I wanted to do half drywall and half pine t&g/wainscott. The drywall won't make the humidity and temp change. Any suggestions?

Looks like you sure know what you're doin' BRF.
On an aesthic point only, I'd stay away from drywall altogether.
Here's a pic of our tiny cabin we built last summer.
To me the pure, warm naturalness of wood just calls me to dinner...

I'd love to see your progress as you go.
