Looks like a nice two-story. When do you hope to get started? I'm guessing you're in Wisconsin? Waiting to see your photos

I like the floorplan.
One thing to consider is getting the heat from the stove down to the lower level. Is it possible to switch the upper and lower levels? Looks like the lower level might be a basement. If so, think about egress from the bedrooms to the outside.
Do you have an additional heat source other than the corn stove? Electric baseboard maybe?
