I have some land on a 14 acre lake in Southern IL, and would like to build a cabin. Do you happen to have any plans for this cabin?

CJH, looks like he said this on page 2: "The house is 20 x 32 with a 12 x 20 loft area that will be our son's room and a little additional storage. The first floor will have our bedroom (12 x 14) and a bath (6 x 12) that will leave a 20 x 20 with cathedral ceiling for the kitchen, living room, dining room, office area."
Thanks for bringing this to the front, great build to see! I've settled on a similar size (20x30) with a porch where the BR is in his plan, and no bathroom.
MJW, if you do come back, curious to get an update on the place, solar, etc.

I did not see a mention of a a septic system. Did I miss that? Just wondering what was installed and what the cost is in MO.

My wife and I purchased 15 acres not to far from Cedar Gap Conservation, we will be moving and starting our build this coming summer. Same size and same concept, would love to pick your brain a little if you are still around.
