My husband and I have a Derksen building that we finished out a year or so ago and now live in. I thought I'd share!
To be honest, after going through these forums, I'm overwhelmed by how many amazing things people have done with these shells. We never planned to add much to the structure besides the insulation, sheetrock, flooring, etc... The furniture and shelving were not planned out... at all... now we know better, I guess! We're off-grid and are slowly adding solar power.
As our next project, we're planning on buying an additional shell for the bath house.
