We didnt use mortar though...I'm not sure what is easier? Lol. Love seeing your kids get involved. Mine are 26 and 24 now and helped a ton over the years. They are at the age now when they have more time to come up to the cabin and help out again. In fact they will be up for thanksgiving to help cut some trees down! The family memories and lessons you are teaching your kids will not be forgotten!
