Thanks guys. I've owned the land 5.3 ac for 10 years, the cabin is an Amish built 12x28 shed with a 4' covered porch. I had the cabin built 4 yes ago and only recently have I finally started to finish the inside up. Other plans include a propane stove and wall heater along with some small solar panels and some 12 volt lights.

Heading up this weekend to frame up the outhouse to get things a little more comfy. I'm also meeting a guy to see about pouring an alaskan slab and dropping the cabin right on top of it.

Hi mag162, from another upstate New Yorker (Blue Mtn Lake, Hamilton Cty.). Very nice cabin and location. I like the plastic myself. I did this years ago when I framed out my basement in my real house and it was a good move. Keeps everytjhing nice and dry. How much do you want for your wood stove? Curious; I am contemplating putting one in my camp.

bobrok, the stove is yours for $50.00. You gotta get it at my cabin though. I'm in the town of Stark, just north of Van Hornesville off of Rt 80 in Herkimer County. I also have a few sections of brand new triple wall pipe. Mark
