i am hoping u can see this kitchen.it is being built in sections as we can. this is what we have done so far. this took us a day and next we go back in august to add on the addition.then in the spring the other addition. we had a really good time.we got to use the solar shower.whee.It made us feel so clean and revitialized.hugs cabi3

here is the outside of the new additon. we sure had a fun time.worked like dogs.gar tore down the rest of the old camper.sure is nice to have a clear spot there. we got alot done.i told him if we lived up there.we would be thin and tan and in shape in 6 months.

oh.this is funny.u sure have to be careful when out in the woods far from any medical attention or help. i was under the beam.4x4's and it was resting on a little ledge.i moved the floor board making the beam fall on my head.it bonked off my head and not a bump or a crack...but bounced off my head and onto my back.got my spine.now that did hurt. but i think its funny it hit my head and not a crack.snicker.

Funny...my husband would say I must have a hard head if that happened to me! Also I totally agree with your comment on being thin and tan in no time!Ha,so true. Your kitchen will be real nice-enjoy!

dear naturelover .the kitchen is gonna be 80 sq feet. not for a while though.it is 48 sq feet soon to be with the bump out that goes on next time. we have alot more shelves to add on.Oh and walls! wall s might be an important factor.I am so excited.no more ice frozen mornings outside trying to pour water from a 5 gallon jug thats frozen solid. whee.

another view. I want brick looking tiles on the floor.and gars gonna make the windows and the screens to the windows above the stove and the counter top.the windows will open up from the inside and he will make hooks on them so they can be held open.He is gonna make the door to the place too.Bob,thank u.i will tell ole gar. we worked and worked.it was so fun.thanks for letting me share our fun with u all.hugs cabi3

How does that stove and oven work for you? Do you use a 20 lb propane tank? I am curious about what books you have on the bookstand. It looks like you have a lot of reading and reference material. It is looking good

iwhitewater-i love my stove.it is so fun to use.i have not used it inside yet.i have windows i will keep open in winter.The 20 pound tank will be outside.its great. thanks. we are putting walls up next Vince P.then putting shakes on the outside.it will be so cute of a place. thanks everyone.will keep u updated as we go along.
