U have a beautiful Cabin Turkeyhunter!!!Great Job

Thanks===

went down today and did some clean up around the cabin---84 deg!!!!! SUMMER!!!
i went tuesday and saw where i have got to replace about 7 or 8 boards on my board and batten===i guess whe the sun dried the boards a few of them split...i could caulk , but decided to replace, called the small mill and the guy said he would cut me more hemlock in next week,( no charge ) and i will replace soon.
Maybe i should have sealed /stained and they would have SLOWED the drying process down!!!The trees had been cut 5 to 6 months and they have now been on the cabin for over a month. Oh well--more to do!!!
today at camp

Turkeyhunter......I can't claim any tropy mounts like the garage sale special. I've never kilt a deer in the woods but I never hunted that much either.
I retired from the Ohio State Highway Patrol nearly ten years ago after 25 years and probably dispatched 100-150 deer in that time but "they couldn't run and they couldn't hide. They were victims of motor vehicle contact. However, I never missed one either!Ha!
We're getting ready to go up this morning with Old Buddy and Big Red. Hopefully, by the end of this week-end, we'll have the roof completed, sheet metal and all. I really like it already and it is going to be a great spot to sit while we enjoy using our 250 yard range.
It's suppose to be hot today but probably will be pretty nice on the hill with all the shade and breezes.
Have a great week-end yourself. Are you working on the cabin?

I just love it. Very masculine. What I know of you; it fits. Where is the cabin you purchased furniture from? Looks like northern ga or nc.

Be glad I could not go with you to pick up your furniture...we would have had to arm wrestle over some of those pieces!!!! LOL! Your fan looks great too. Keep plugging away-the more you get done before going to Maine the less there will be to do when you get back!

What happened to you? Did you fall off the face of the planet? How about an update or some new pics! I have noticed you making comments on other sites (including ours) but just wondered why you haven't posted for awhile.

Have a great fall! Old Old Buddy
