I bought 20 acres in the fall to build a small cabin on. The property runs down a river on one side and has a railway track running down parallel on the other and there for has no access to a road. The way the property lay out is there is a natural split between the east and west sides of the property and I was just wondering if anyone in Ontario would have information on if splitting property is something that is allowed in an area with no road access at all. It would be nice if I was able to sell off half and/or build the first cabin and sell and then build new on the other half.

Best to ask the government agency that has jurisdiction.
