I was curious if anybody knows or has some land in eastern Tenn for sale? I would love to build a log home there.

Check one of the real estate sites. I know there are several for sale by owner near my place, some with dwellings some without. By the way east Polk County has no building code only septic and electrical.
Property ranges from probably around $15,000 for a few unimproved acres to around a million. Take your choice.

There are some land for sale in Tennessee for sure in an eastern part of it. My friend bought a land there 2.5 years ago and build a beautiful small house. It is a fantastic area in my opinion.
