There is no wilderness in the east like you get in the west. I live next to a national forest that is 120 miles long and 30 miles wide with no roads going through it. I'm blown away every day by the elk, deer, and antelope. And people are pretty scarce.

I'm in VT now and loving it, been here about a month but one day I'd love to visits the North West and see what it's about.
