Hi there,
Not sure how many Manitobans are on this forum, but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on finding land with minimal restrictions. Specifically, we would love to find a piece of land, park our trailer on it while we make a slow build, and build something that is not too big ... but most places seem to want a 1000 sq ft cabin and don't like you parking a trailer unless you're actively building. Any suggestions? (Our home base is Winnipeg, so looking in a 2.5 hour-ish radius. It may be a pipe dream.)
