We are selling our cabin near Bull Shoals Lake in Ozark County, Mo. It is a divided 24 x24 on 19 acres. One half is living quarters, the other is boat or other storage. Electric is in but not water or septic. We bring water with us and use a sawdust composting toilet. Taxes are super low at $93 per year on the whole shebang! No restrictions, either.
