I have an acre on the Middle Island Creek in W Va. longest creek in West Virginia that ends up in the Ohio river. Our land is about 6 miles in from the Ohio river and we access the property from a town called St Mary's W Va. There is electric on the property as well as an old building or cabin.

The creek or might as well say river because its pretty good size and full of bass ,musky cat fish etc. The property is actually two lots that are join together on a hill side over looking the river there is plenty of room to build a cabin and have your own dock.

and is it unrestricted land or in a community...if in a community website then to see building restrictions and fee's.

Asking price is 10,000. And it's not in a deed restricted area it's right on the river off of Middle Island Creek Rd. It's surrounded by private property 6 miles from the Ohio river along the creek. Access to Ohio river not a problem property is a hill side with road thru it and river front property. I will try to find pictures
