Log cabin is built out of 14-18" logs and was constructed in 1820. I am interested in selling this and building somethine a little more modern on the 3/4 acre it sits on. What would a 22x18x24t two story cabin bring? It is still standing and has wood siding covering it. Also, it has 2 additions on it that are in bad shape, the cabin its self is in pretty decent condition.
I may also be interested in selling it where it sits which is very convenient location. I can upload pictures upon request.
