everyone i did not know where to put this post.i have a question for u all.i looked this up and could not find it.we just got a newsletter in our mail about the land up where we have our cabin. the newsletter said there is no deer overlay which means no conditional use permits are required. what the heck does this mean?thank u so much for any thoughts on this.

this CUP means conditional use permit i guess...but it says our land requires no permit like this.does anyone have any clue what this means.thanks.

I would take a guess that it means you just need a regular hunting permit to hunt in the designated area...?

now i am sort of thinking this over.i think no deer overlay is one thing and conditional use permit is a whole other subject.i have no clue to any of this.thanks Rossman for your input.

ok.i found out what this is. in some areas u cant build cause deers lay over in those areas in the winter. so we dont have those regulations.heehee.big deal...but i did not know what it was.i called the realtor of the newsletter and they explained it to me.thank u
