I'm selling 53 acres located 9 miles north of Rossburn, Manitoba and 2 miles south of Riding Mountain National Park. Property is comprised of 13 acres of rolling natural grassland surrounded by 40 acres of mature mixed forest. Cabin is 20"x24" offgrid, south facing and built in 2010. Asking $120,000 but will consider reasonable offers from serious buyers.

Yes, it is a pretty unique part of Manitoba thats for sure. Lots of great recreational activities at your finger tips (fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, etc).
