Through my work I come across many interesting properties. One of my clients had a small tract of 40 acres of timberland that he wanted to sell. I made the purchase strictly as an investment but after discovering the small cabin and 2-acre lake I've become attached to it and have decided to keep it. The cabin is small, 12x8 enclosed with an 8' porch. It is completely off grid and very secluded. There is an old logging road that goes through the property but it is only accessible in relatively dry weather. Its a neat place, here are a coule of pictures:
