This old line shack sits on my land. It has wasted away but I may do something with it sometime. I will try to find out some histoy behind this tar paper shack. I sure wish it could talk!!!!!!!

neb--cool structure......i would clear some shootin lanes, in front of a winodow or chainsaw me a window====and have me a fancy---shootin house with a little work. be nice on a cold rainy /snowy day.

Same thought I had TH. It does have windows on three sides but it does need some clean up around and inside. It is a three room shack with an old wooden rocker still inside. Maybe rocked a lot of kids to sleep!!!!!!!! Has an old sink and stove pipe going up through the roof. You can see the one picture where the stove pipe extended above the roof.

I will take some picture when I visit the old cabin sometime. If I find out any history I will post what I have found out. I bet there was some long cold winters nights spent there. I'm sure it was a homestead shack becuse this land was owned and homesteaded and there has never been another owner but me.
