Do you have to ugrade to meet the new standards in BC if your septic fails or needs major repair? septic fields can cost more than the land in rural bc.

so why let them know if you are going to upgrade or replace. KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!!!

I believe you do carcrossguy. We are in BC and had to make our septic larger for our small motel. We needed to meet the new standards for it.
