I'm not at all affiliated in any way with this property or realtor, but this has been for sale for a couple of years now, and I can't figure out why it hasn't sold yet. Yes, it's unfinished on the inside, but it's otherwise a fantastic buy in my opinion. I said to the agent if I didn't already have a cabin, I'd have bought it in a heartbeat.
I walked the property sometime last year and it's as advertised. The only thing you can't get from the ad is that it's in what I'd call a rural community, as opposed to in the middle of nowhere. I feel like this could bring a lot of enjoyment and make a lot of memories for someone, so I asked the agent if I could post it here to help sell it, and she said "yes".
Google "6180 W. Harmony Hills Dr.,Tell City, IN 47586" and you'll get the typical real estate listing results (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) you can view.....
