Yup list it with an agent that has connections in NYC..that's usualy who's going to have the money needed to buy 50ac of what sounds like prime real estate.

Around here we have some agents that specialize in 'recreational/hunting/fishing' properties. If you have similar take a look at what they have sold comparable property for.
Or call around to some realtors near your place and act like you are looking for property; use what your place is for 'criteria', you might get a feel for the going price per acre.
