Anyone on this site who spends time on YouTube will know this place. And anyone who is Ontario might be interested. Amazing spot, stunning buildings but if you're familiar with it then you also know why it's for sale.

Very interesting! I was wondering where exactly his property was located. I recognized his shopping trip in South River, so knew it wasn't far. Too bad about the neighbour issues though.

This is Shawn James’s property for sale.
He has two channels on YouTube.
My Self Reliance and Shawn James.
I’ve been following him for years.
You can watch him build this entire place with hand tools.
He’s moved on, details are on his channel.
He is building a new log cabin more remote.
I’m excited to watch what he does next.

I don't remember the exact details, but he mentioned it in one or more of the videos a few months back. Unfriendly behaviour transitioned to harassment as I recall some pretty creepy stuff. Also there was signs of potential development at the rear of the property where a 'road allowance' exists between property line and crown land. If you dig through his videos just before the time of his transition to the new property you should find it, assuming it's still up.
